Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is one of the hardest but most rewarding experiences anyone could embark. It is not for those that want a quick fix. It’s not for those that don’t like challenges. It’s definitely not for those that like traditional approaches!

So who is it really for? It’s for those brave individuals who like adventure, thrive on diversity, think outside the box and love being challenged and stretched beyond the person they were a minute ago.

Many people today struggle to make the connection between how someone who was once where they are now, ended up with so much success, wealth, happiness and power. They dive into the newest thing promising them the life of their dreams, but nobody to tell them what it really takes to make it! Quick fix isn’t the answer!

So let me ask you this: are you struggling to figure out what’s missing or where you’re coming short in your success story?

Do you ever wonder how some of the greatest people in history made their mark on this world?

Check out today’s topic!

While our work starts from the realm of the intangible, our imagination, all the great work and successes of influential people followed a plan. They had an aim for what they wanted to get done and then they outlined the steps to take towards its completion.

Yes things might not always go as planned, but we are adaptable and flexible beings. Nothing is set in stone, so why would our mindset be?

Getting CLEAR about the steps of a process makes the difference between accomplishing your goal or simply dreaming.

Here are the 3 most important things to achieve success:

1. A goal (an outcome well defined)

2. A plan (some steps to be followed and measured)

3. Action (nothing ever got done without it)

So here’s my question to you:

Which of these 3 elements are you missing?

If you’re struggling, you’re not alone! I’m here to help you make the most of your journey and to help you along the way.

If you found this article helpful, don’t forget to leave me your feedback and post your questions. Im only a message away! I’m here for you!

Until next time, don’t forget to be KIND, be LOVING, be FORGIVING and most importantly be YOURSELF!

Want answers? Ask questions!

Today’s topic is a necessity! I want to talk about it and give you a few pointer based on what I’ve observed as a major pain of people I’ve dealt with, as well as from my own experience. See if it rings a bell for you.

Have you ever seen “experts” give advice which not too long after was proven wrong? Why is that?

One main reason is because whatever they’re trying to project isn’t backed up by real constant results or they’re simply trying to promote the “next best thing” or some “miraculous solution to your problem”.

Don’t buy into something that you haven’t first asked some questions about and gotten feedback on, ESPECIALLY if it speaks straight to your pain.

If it’s on the internet, I highly suggest that that you ask them and yourself questions! So many people have opinions on things, but that doesn’t make it right or true! This is one of the reasons I always recommend everyone asking questions, more so if it comes from unverified sources!

You want to make better and more educated choices? ASK BETTER QUESTIONS!

Here’s why I suggest this.

One of things that happens when you ask questions is you get clarity as well as a deeper understanding of the subject being discussed. You become more informed.

Another plus of asking questions is realizing wether or not the thing being talked about resonates with you and your beliefs.

A third benefit of asking better questions is saving money. For example: how many people do you know (or even yourself) that bought the newest diet plan that promised quick results but didn’t deliver? Or maybe that new kitchen gadget that almost excused you from having to do anything in the kitchen. I’m exaggerating of course, but that’s to prove a point.

We are very impulsive choice makers and many marketers bank on that. My suggestion is: ask better questions! You’ll save yourself from a lot of headache, confusion, time and money wasted!

I hope you’ve gotten some good information from this article! I’d love to hear your feedback! I’m on your team!

Until next time, don’t forget to be kind, be loving, be forgiving and most importantly, be yourself!

Thoughts, beliefs and dirty dishes

As always I like to use stories to get a point across and today isn’t any different.. let’s talk about thoughts and beliefs!

I’m going to draw a comparison between an everyday act, and how our belief system and thoughts are very similar.

Let’s say you have a dinnerware set of 4 that you use on a regular basis to eat out of. Most often you use the same 2 or 3 of the plates and bowls. Now imagine you stop washing the ones you use every day and you keep eating in them for the next week or month. Can you even picture that? You’d be repulsed, right? I can’t even begin to fathom the smell they would have. So what do you do? You remember you have the 4th one clean and you use it. But after a while, this one becomes soiled too. It’s a disaster! How did you let it get this bad? You can see it in front of your eyes and can’t believe you would actually be in this situation.

Now what does dirty dishes have to do with thoughts and beliefs? I told this story just to prove a point about how our thoughts and beliefs become filthy and stink really bad if we don’t constantly condition ourselves, take inventory of our thoughts and make sure we clean the impurities that don’t align with our core. The more we let them unattended, the bigger the mess.

So what is easier: daily maintenance or monthly cleanup of a disaster?

What’s even worse, because with our thoughts and beliefs we don’t feel the negative effect until the mess is quite deep, we leave them unattended for months, years or decades. This results in traumas, stress, diseases and even death, and it’s all due to our thoughts. So should we practice a better maintenance when it comes to our belief system? Absolutely!

How do you become better at “cleaning” and maintaining your thoughts?

1. Awareness – we all can tell when something isn’t right or it doesn’t belong in our thought library, so pay more attention and be more strict. Guard your mind and be me more selective with what you allow to come in. It’s easier to guard it than it is to clean up, and it all start with being aware of what enters the realm of your mind.

2. Decide what you want- in order to know what you allow in and what you keep out of your mind, you have to decide what you want. By doing so, you will have an easier way selecting what is and what isn’t beneficial.

3. Discipline- being in charge of your thoughts it’s not necessarily and easy task, especially if you have some major cleanup to do. But if you’re striving for a better quality of life and you want achieve it, discipline plays a major role. It’s not enough to just want something, you have to continuously shape yourself to take action and keep doing the work.

I hope this really struck a cord with you and that it provided you a few ideas about what you need to do in order to get more productive, become more efficient and gain a new perspective on how thoughts affect your life. We all have thoughts, but their quality reflects your overall life right now. If your life is amazing, you’re doing a fantastic job at managing your mind. If you have a lack of balance in one or more areas in your life, your thoughts and beliefs would be a great point to start for the right change.

Until next time, don’t forget to be kind, be loving, be forgiving and most importantly be yourself!

You either love what you do or you trade yourself for money!

Would you sell yourself?

Most, if not all, people would answer “NO!”. Of course, that is the rational answer! Now what if I told you that you did that already? When you choose what you are going to do (work wise) and you get paid, you sell yourself: your services, your time, your knowledge and so on. There’s is however another way, where you don’t actually sell yourself, you serve. To serve is to create from within, to devote yourself to something that calls your heart, wether or not you’re going to get paid, where pay ends up a bonus not the motive. To make it even easier to understand, I’m going to put it in a short story, so dive in.

Imagine you’re a caregiver and you’ve got in front of you someone who doesn’t have much left to live. You’re pouring every ounce of you taking care of her, making sure that the last stretch of life goes as smooth as possible and you make her comfortable to the best of your abilities. You talk to her each day, you bring her nice surprises, you uplift her when her spirits are down and you make sure she knows she’s in good hands. She comes to terms about life and is so happy to have you by her side. Your love overflows in every single thing you do.

Now imagine that same story, only this time you’re doing this for money. You dread going to work every day. You know you want to make a great living and this is a good paying job, but you count the minutes every day you’re working. You’re grumpy and impatient and she can tell. When she asks you for something, you huff and puff and give her an attitude. You can tell your heart isn’t invested in what you do and she’s feeling down more and more each day. You barely ask how she’s doing, let alone if she needs anything else. You watch the clock impatiently and can’t wait until you get to clock out.

This right here is a great example of not going with what your heart calls you to do and choosing with your wallet. There are many different scenarios, you know your own and if this resonated with you, here’s what you need to do next.

Now I’d like for you to ask yourself this: is it worth it?

When you exchange your time for money, with little or no satisfaction, it costs you more than you can imagine. Your health, your outlook in life, your attitude, your gratitude, your self esteem and so much more gets affected and it continues to impact you in your personal life as well. So if you’re not happy with what you’re doing now or you’re just doing it for money, reconsider. Give yourself a timeline, do some soul searching and start doing what makes you come alive! You deserve it!

Getting to know me and what I do

Hello! Thank you for checking out my website. While I believe in professionalism, I also believe in originality. I will tell you a little more about myself and what I do, but I like stories, so I’ll make my biography one too.

I’m a Certified Strategic Intervention Coach and I live my life to empower people to discover and live their greatest life!

I keep getting asked “Why do you do what you do?” and my answer is “because I see too much potential go to waste”!

Someone once told me a little story that moved me to my core and which resonated with me so deeply that I made it my mission to help people maximize their inner wealth.

Let me ask you this: Which do you believe is the richest place on Earth? (You’ll see the answer with the story at the bottom but don’t skip ahead, think for a minute! I can guarantee you’ll get it wrong!

Going back to why I do what I do is because I believe in people and in their untapped potential. I help individuals discover their true worth and I support them along the way in a multidimensional way.

When I hold up the “mirror” and they see a reflection of their true worth, the light bulb turns on in their head and I can see it shining in their eyes! At that moment I know they can see what I can see. It’s such a beautiful discovery process. It’s absolutely priceless.

While I really love programs and I offer my own, I believe in the power of one on one. Even though we are very similar human beings, we are a little variation of one another. We love feeling like an individual and unique, being accorded the right attention and having our hand held along the journey in a metaphorical way, so we don’t have to feel alone.

Now back to the answer to the question at the top. (I promise it will all make sense)

Which did you guess the richest place on Earth was? Dubai? Los Angeles? New York? Japan? And while those are amazing answers, they’re not correct.

Those are the proof of the manifested potential of a very small percentage of people that followed their passions, trumped their fears and put their talents to work. But the richest place on earth is the cemetery. (Sad, I know..) Unfortunately more than 80% (and I personally believe it’s even higher) of the population doesn’t follow through on what they’re passionate about, what they’re endowed with, thus all that unused potential gets buried in the ground.

Picture this world without Michelangelo’s amazing art, without Edison’s inventions, without Einstein’s input, without Oprah’s diligence and so many other influential people that changed the course of this world and made it better for those that followed. They simply followed their calling and didn’t let failure or the disbelief of others stop them. They dared to dream and lead with what their heart called them to do!

Can you imagine if more people decided to stop listening to outside voices about what is possible or to conquer their fears and live life the way they dreamed?

I believe it would a have tremendous ripple effect, a positive one. When people do what they’re good at and what they love, stress levels lower, thus production and creativity becomes exponential!

Can you imagine a world where you lead by example for your children and you show them what’s possible and not to be confined in the fears the world or your mind creates? I can!

I imagine that world and I’m determined to help out individuals discover, nurture and use that innate gift they’ve been blessed with to live a life of happiness and fulfillment!

So until I chat with you, please remember to be Kind, be Loving, be Forgiving and most importantly, be YOURSELF!

Dream big and discover your worth!
